I am a fully qualified licentiate member of the Master Photographers Association
& have been a full time professional photographer since 2000.

I am based in Newport-on-Tay in North East Fife & specialise in wedding photography.

Photography has always been a passion ever since I can remember & in 1997 I got the opportunity to turn my passion into a career. While working as a photographers assistant, I realised that I really enjoyed the excitement & creative energy of wedding photography so decided to specialise in this area when I set up my own business in 2000.

Since then, I have photographed over 500 weddings & developed a natural, relaxed style combining creative images of the bride and groom with informal family groups & lots of spontaneous
moments to capture the atmosphere of the day.

The Master Photographers Association (M.P.A.) & The British Institute of Professional Photographers (B.I.P.P.) are national organisations for full time professional photographers in the UK. The Scottish region holds an annual print competition & below you will see the images for which I have won awards.

I was delighted to win the top award for wedding photographers - Best Wedding Image 2003 from The British Institute of Professional Photographers. The first female photographer to do so!

I was even more delighted to be one of the 7 wedding photographers in Scotland to be nominated for the VOWS award by votes from couples who were married in 2008. This award recognises those businesses in the wedding industry who provide consistently high levels of customer satisfaction so it was very satisfying to get such positive feedback from all my customers.
